Questions?
What makes you better than the rest?
Only by working with us will you understand why we feel Regalty Estates provide an unrivalled service. But some reasons include:
Are you members of any Associations?
Regalty Estates are proud to be members of the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) and abide by all their strict codes on conduct.
We are also members of the Surveyors Ombudsman Service that is approved by the Office of Fair Trading for resolving any problems that cannot be resolved via our internal complaints procedure. Furthermore, we encourage all our staff to commit to the Institute of Residential Property Managers standards and academic study.
Is it easy to change Managing Agent?
If you are extremely dissatisfied with your agent then there are ways of changing agent before the end of your contract. If you would like an informal chat about your options, get in touch.
What is your Service Charge collection policy?
Regalty Estates takes service charge collection seriously, the success of a scheme depends on it. Our in-house finance and legal teams ensures up to date financial information is available for each estate. While we encourage residents to talk to us and assist those who face financial problems we do legally follow the terms of the lease for collection of service charges. Residents can now pay Service Charges online for ease and convenience or via Standing Order.

Regalty Estates have developed a dedicated web space for each development we manage. ‘YourSpace’ enables you to see any relevant information pertaining to your home such as Meter Readings, maintenance tenders and newsletters.
